Gift Voucher Conditions:
Gift Vouchers remain valid for a full 12 month period from the date of purchase.
Once purchased no refunds are applicable.
Vouchers can be "Upgraded" to a longer trip if so desired by the voucher owner by paying the difference between the voucher value and the cost of the preferred charter.
In the case of "downgrading" (using a voucher of higher value for a shorter less expensive charter), such decision is considered at the sole discretion of the voucher owner and any difference in costs will be waived by all parties.
Bookings with the voucher are requested to be made by phone as online bookings require a deposit to be paid via Credit card or Eftpos.
All bookings remain subject to availability, sufficient passenger numbers and suitable weather conditions.
Once purchased, Fish n Crab Deep Sea Charters will email a copy of the purchased voucher to the purchaser as well as mail the physical voucher to the address provided.
