 Deposit, payment and refund amounts are as follows:

Payment

Upon booking you will be requested to leave contact details and credit card number. A Deposit of 50 % is required to confirm a booking; this can be made by credit card or cash.
We hold the card details until your trip, if you do not show up or your numbers change on the day we will still put through total balance payable on the card details that has been given.
Full payment is requested prior to departure. Credit cards may be used before the day of your trip otherwise only cash if paying balance on the day.
All Cheques money orders and direct debits must be paid 1 week in advance.

50% deposit is required to confirm a group or boat booking (4 persons or more)

Cancellations and Confirmations

Cancellations require 72 hours notice prior to departure for a refund of the deposit.
If sufficient notice not given, no amount will be refunded.

All group and boat bookings (4 persons or more) require 14 days notice for a refund of the total deposit, and are not refundable if notice is not given.

All bookings are subject to numbers and suitable weather conditions :( wind and seas, rain is not considered bad weather) you will be required to contact us after 3.30p.m. On the evening prior to the trip. In the event of bad weather you may re-book at your convenience or your money can be refunded. *All other cancellations require 72 hours notice (group bookings require 14 days) prior to departure for a total refund. Vouchers are non-refundable. And must be redeemed on or before expiry date, and are not extendable under any circumstances.
